Order was said delivered y FedEx, but wasn’t

I have been waiting for over two weeks for the delivery containing the handbag and 600 Watt Solar Panel. FedEx claims it was delivered and fraudulently says I signed for it, but I did not. I have 24/7 video camera recording of all deliveries to my door, and none were made by FedEx on that day. I am awaiting ALLPOWERS to send a replacement package.
