Please note that the AC output port can only charge/power devices that operate at less than 2400-Watt. Once exceeding, the S2000 pro will shut off automatically. Please refer to your device specification before purchase.

How do I know the working hours of my device?

First, you need to know the watt of your load device, such as it is 500W.
Then,
AC output:
working time = 1500Wh * 0.85 / working power of the device.
1500Wh * 0.85 /500w=2.5 hours (rough calculated)

DC output:
working time =1500Wh * 0.90 / working power of the device.
1500Wh * 0.9 /500w=2.7 hours(rough calculated)

Received in good condition, well packaged. Solar panels were shipped separately. But came the same day, 2 different carriers. Generator arrived at 72% charged. I charged it to 100% as instructed with house current. Took about 20 minutes. Fast. Plugged the S2000Pro into the RV 30a plug. Ran the microwave and TV. Then ran the electric oven. Then the A/C unit. Just not all at the same time. So next to see how the 3ea. 100w solar panels work. Received everything to connect it together. Easy set-up. Went from 85% to 100% in about an hour. Mostly sunny March afternoon in SoCal. Between 130-160w charge rate. Not bad. Then I charged another 500w power station (different brand). Charged it up great 100%. Solar panels fold up nicely. Each case has padded double zipper pockets to store cables and adapters. All 3 panels with cables and connectors weighs 24lbs. Generator weights 32lbs. So far, looks good. I love free electricity. Let the sun shine!
