How long can my device run when connected to the R4000?
The runtime can be calculated as follows:
Runtime = Battery Capacity x Inverter Efficiency ÷ Rated Power of the device.
For example, if the R4000 is used to power a 700Wh heater, the runtime would be 3456Wh x 85% ÷ 700 ≈ 4hours.
What devices can the R4000 power？
The R4000 has a 4000W AC output (6000W peak), allowing you to power devices with a rated power of up to 4000W and a peak power of up to 6000W.
What kind of solar panel should I choose for the R4000?
The R4000 has an XT60 port for a maximum of 2000W solar input. You can use a 12~60V 13A solar panel to charge.

Yes, the R4000 is designed to integrate seamlessly with solar photovoltaic systems like those found on balconies and rooftops. The R4000 stores excess solar energy generated during the day in its internal battery bank. This stored solar electricity can then be used to power your home's essential appliances and electronics when grid power is unavailable.
To connect it to your balcony PV system, simply wire the solar charge controller to the R4000's DC input. This allows the solar panels to charge the R4000 battery bank directly.

Shipping was fast and it came with about 67% charge. We plugged it into the wall outlet and it was fully charged when we checked back in about an hour. I like the ease of the touch screen and the app. It's a plus that it can be used as a ups because I didn't know about that capability when I purchased it.

There was no instructions inside the box took me forever to figure out what to do but once I figured it out, I’ve used it every day and I love it. I used it every day.
Like it, but it doesn't last long enough on a single charge. Still need my gas generator some of the time, only less of the time. I need instructions on adding a battery bank to add amp-hours.
I haven't used it yet cause it's in transit to my country but it seems to be a powerful and robust solar generator. Can't wait to see it in action.
While I havent bought one , I am most impressed by its very high solar input capability at 2000 watts which is the whole point of everything .. Most is limted to 400 watts input and I dont see the point there..

I bought it to use for a camper trailer that is parked on some property I purchased last year. I don’t want to hear the gas generator that came with it to power the 120 volt system have not use it yet that will be happening soon then I can do a better review Thanks

So, first, the good. After two weekends out, with good sun, I can say this device can handle just about anything you want to throw at it. If it is not too hot, you can probably get a day or two of actual AC out of it, if the unit is efficient and only has to kick on a couple of times an hour. It is heavy, but not ridiculously so, and the wheels and handle (both of which could be a little more sturdy) do make that a lot easier to manage. Was not yet able to get the wireless app to work with it, but the bluetooth works pretty well. I do not like that after about 5 minutes, the bluetooth disconnects or drops out, and you have to back out and re-connect, but I expect there are power concerns and outright bugs that are considerations in that). All in all, the unit itself is great, and I look forward to eventually adding capacity to it. The Solar panel is also quite nice, but falls a little flat in a couple of places. I was only ever able to get about 450 Watts out of the 600 Watt system, in direct and properly angles sunlight, however, without clouds, it pretty much maintained 400Watts flat on the ground all day long. This was enough to run my two fans, charge batteries and phones, and charge the battery in the racecar, without dipping into the AllPowers battery reserve. Overnight, it used about 14% of its capacity running fans and phone charging, but it recharged with everything else running the following day in about 2 hours. I bought some 10AWG 35Foot cables to extend at the 2nd weekend, and the system worked just as before. I can say, these items are built well overall. That said, now the bad. I the distribution unit was built to be outside in the elements. I would not feel comfortable leaving this out overnight (rain or condensation, but I don't believe it is designed for that anyway. However, it is absolutely quite, and gives off no VOC or exhaust, so inside the trailer or camper is perfectly fine. As for the 600Watt solar panel, it is relatively portable (but at 33lbs, it would be awkward to use anywhere away from your vehicle. It also does not have any kind of stand, and is generally meant to lay on the ground, or hang off the side of something. Neither orientation is optimal, and the means of hanging or attaching it are not very sturdy. I would prefer that it had metal grommets available in the canvas, around the perimeter and throught the inner folds, as it really requires a framework if you want to match the sun's angle. The velcro straps and paracord will work for a while, but both will wear out relatively quickly. On a different note, is it possible to find out if holes could be made in the folds anywhere (don't want to cut into wiring anywhere), and if grommeted ears could be sewn onto the backing to make better and more permanent attachment points for it, as I am utilizing 3/4" EMT and 3/4" tarp fittings as a framework, and need more attachment points, to ensure it doesn't turn into a sail and fly off. The framework is well connected to the ground, so attachment of the array is my bigger concern. If I could get answer to the questions above, and work out some alterations, I would say this is probably the best overall system I could have for the price.

Worried about getting a cable for connecting second unit I do not see them available anywhere
When I first tried to charge it, I used a Honda Inverter generator and it started out charging okay. After a while I set R4000 to fast charge, worked fine. Did not charge completely. On grid power would not charge above 350 watts, no matter the charge settings. Will test some more in the future. Will advise.
I absolutely love allpowers products. I’ve gotten through extreme weather and power outages with my R4000.
Solid case, not too sensitive to cold, fairly average in terms of charging, not compatible with all devices, it does not want to be used with an ironing table, for example. Stoves, hair dryers, etc., on the other hand, work great
The crossover power cable (to connect two or more R4000 power stations) is not on the website. I e-mailed service@allpowers.com and received a response the warehouse would be contacted to send me one. I have yet to receive the cable. I'll purchase one if Allpowers will notify me where I can buy one.

The AllPowers R4000 Portable Power Station seems to be well designed, well made and very functional. This unit will NOT power your entire house, but I think it is probably the most practical, safe and (relatively) economical solution for both indoor or outdoor use (I purchased for more convenient and comfortable indoor 'camping' in case of temporary power interruption).
