How long can my device run when connected to the S2000 Pro?
Runtime = Battery Capacity x Inverter Efficiency ÷ Rated Power of the device.
For example, if the S2000 Pro is used to power a 120W Portable Cooler, the runtime would be 1451Wh * 85% / 120W ≈ 10.28 hours.
DC Output Runtime = Battery Capacity x Depth of Discharge ÷ Rated Power of the device.
For example, if the S2000 Pro is used to power a 74Wh Drone, the runtime would be 1415Wh* 86% / 74Wh ≈ 16.45 times.
The above date is for reference ONLY. Please note that the formula is NOT suitable for inductive loads with compressors, like refrigerators, air conditioners, etc.
What devices can the S2000 Pro power?
The S2000 Pro has a 2400W AC output (4000W peak), allowing you to power devices with a rated power of up to 2400W and a peak power of up to 4000W.
Can I charge the S2000 Pro with a car cigarette lighter?
Yes, you can charge the S2000 Pro with a 12V/24V car cigarette lighter. You will need a Car to XT60 cable.
How to choose solar panels for the S2000 Pro?
S2000 Pro is equipped with an XT60 interface with a maximum solar input of650W, allowing for seamless connection with a variety of solar panels.

Could it supply power to the load while charging?
At present, for battery life maintenance, it is recommended not to charge and discharge at ordinary times, except in emergencies. When the generator is recharging from AC wall mains, only the USB outings and AC outings are available. As for other output sockets, they are not capable of charging and discharging at the same time, what is more, DC outing will be enabled with priority when there are multiple devices plugged in. For the rest ports, first come first served.
Does S2000 Pro waterproof?
No, the S2000 Pro is not waterproof. Please do NOT store it in a humid environment for an extended period.

I usually need a large-capacity power supply when I go out to shoot, so I bought this 2400w one, and tried it indoors first, and it is quite good. It can drive a lot of equipment, even if there is a power outage, it can still use electricity normally. The appearance and texture are very good, the performance is very strong

Forgot solar panels
We received the item within a couple days. The packing is outstanding! Very low chance of it being damaged during shipping which was a concern. We set it up and tested with various appliances and everything worked perfectly and as advertised. Very pleased.
Used it for an 8 hour power outage at night so was great to run our fan and TV. Only used 40% of the charge. I love the packaging foam pieces because it makes it so easy to store it back in the box.
This arrived quickly and has excellent outlet/port options. I also love that it can act as a pass-through/UPS so I can keep my fridge plugged into it without "using up" the battery, and if the power goes out the battery will take over.
love it EXCEPT its really touchy accepting charge especially below 60% charged,when it does accept charges very fast
I received the equipment as ordered and it was excellent to start with. Then the A/C charging port stopped working - it would not charge. Fortunately, the 200W solar input worked so I could recharge via solar. I let All Powers know and they provided me a return label. I shipped it back to them on 10 Feb but haven’t heard from them since. Today is the day I planned to ping them figuring it is time - I thought this email might have been the shipping confirmation, but no. I hope to give it 5 starts when I get the next unit.
I find the S2000 well built with reasonable information display available on the front panel. It charges quite well from the solar panel I ordered; however, the unit fails to charge from a standard power outlet. So, the battery seems good but there must be a wire loose somewhere in the AC recharge circuit. I have had communication with Allpowers and I am hoping for a replacement unit.
Unit does NOT power up. What can I do Has only worked twice
I found the communication with the staff with Allpowers great answered all questions regarding delivery time. The unit arrived very well packaged. Haven’t had a lot of tome to use however charged fully in a short period of time. Thank you

Loving this setup! I own the ALLPOWERS 2000 PRO+ 2 200W panels for a few months now. We had a crystal clear day and I decided to benchtest the solar panels. It was 20 degrees outside and my daughter set up the panels facing south directly at the sun and we saw that they were charging at over 90% efficiency. Very impressed with the generator too runs quiet and we have tested just about everything in the kitchen for run times. Will definitely be buying more ALLPOWERS products.

Received in good condition, well packaged. Solar panels were shipped separately. But came the same day, 2 different carriers. Generator arrived at 72% charged. I charged it to 100% as instructed with house current. Took about 20 minutes. Fast. Plugged the S2000Pro into the RV 30a plug. Ran the microwave and TV. Then ran the electric oven. Then the A/C unit. Just not all at the same time. So next to see how the 3ea. 100w solar panels work. Received everything to connect it together. Easy set-up. Went from 85% to 100% in about an hour. Mostly sunny March afternoon in SoCal. Between 130-160w charge rate. Not bad. Then I charged another 500w power station (different brand). Charged it up great 100%. Solar panels fold up nicely. Each case has padded double zipper pockets to store cables and adapters. All 3 panels with cables and connectors weighs 24lbs. Generator weights 32lbs. So far, looks good. I love free electricity. Let the sun shine!
Bisher nur kurz getestet aber diese vielen sehr positiv aus. Anschlüsse sind wie6beschrieben, laden mit Solar und 220 Volt haben super funktioniert. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen super verarbeitet.
