I purchased a new product from your company and contacted your support team multiple times because the product is not working properly. Despite my repeated emails, I have not received a single response regarding my issue. What makes this even more frustrating is that while my support requests are being ignored, I continue to receive promotional and sales emails from your company. It is unacceptable that marketing emails are being sent, yet no one is taking the time to respond to a customer who needs assistance with a defective product.
This is an edited review regarding the defective PB100 power bank that I received from Allpowers. Product was defective when I received and was missing the user manual. After about 2weeks of emailing back and forth, Rachel was finally able to help with the issue. I then ended up purchasing another PB100 because I love the design, power, and size of it. The new one shipped out fast and even received before Christmas. The new one I received works perfect with no issues and it came complete with its manual! I am very happy with the new product, but the support team can definitely use some help to get issues resolved a bit quicker. My 3star review is based on the time it took to resolve my initial issue, but the new product itself is definitely a 5star!
I have had this unit for almost a year but have only just fired it up as I got it for a trip - which I’m now getting ready for. Charged up fine first off . . . but after a couple of days it now won’t hold a charge!! Wish I’d checked it sooner!!
I have 3 of these and NONE of them work. They won't take a charge.
Their service is good! I have had one unit for about 8 months. Works great. I ordered 4 more units now. 1 Out of the 4 was bad. Company sent me a replacement unit. It was bad too. I’m waiting for the replacement for it. The bad units wouldn’t charge! If you get a good unit, they are excellent! If you get a bad unit, their service has been good! I feel their Quality Control needs some improvement!
Nice small light power bank and flashlight. Bought it to power a StarLink Mini that needs to be moved to a clear view of the sky while camping. I own AllPowers foldable solar panels and a large inverter power bank, and they also work great ... so I trust the brand.
